SPACE
Space is often a key consideration because this may restrict the kind of machine you can choose. "Positioning the machine where customers can see their drink being made will help in keeping customer loyalty and communicating the high standards you wish to maintain".

MACHINE CAPACITY
Work out how many coffees you expect to serve each day and look for the machine that suit your business needs. There's no point in investing in a large machine if you don't expect a high demand. Espresso machines come in different sizes with one, two, three and four group heads which are suitable for most business needs. If you have a coffee shop or caf'e with up to 30 covers, a standard 2 group machine with a mid size 10 litre boiler would probably suffice. A larger outlet would require a machine with a 14 litrre boiler at minimum or even consider a tree group machine to cope with the busier periods.

AUTOMATIC or SEMI-AUTOMATIC
Automatic espresso machines have pre-programmable buttons which allow drink brewing times to be pre-set according to cup size, drink length and coffee blend. With just the press of a button the brew cycle is taken care of. Semi-automatic machines require a lot more attention from the operator and are often considered as a budget option.

TRAINING
Training is essential to ensure the machine you have bought is operated properly, we provide full on-site training with all our machine installations with additional off site training courses offered throughout the year.

Many other manufacturers have utilised Luigi's invention, but Bezzera still remains the machine of choice. Bezzerra's espresso machines have always been known in the industry as the Mercedes or BMW, due to their design, reliability and the consistency in their steam pressure which results in the producing of an excellent cup of espresso every time.
