Trade Counter/Small Staff

This company only employed three people, however they had a trade counter for their products. Due to the small number of staff employed sometimes customers had to wait while staff finished either on the phone or dealing with other enquiries. Although nothing was ever said sometimes there was a feeling that customers were getting impatient waiting for the service.

We were contacted and suggested that we provide our Minicup Flex machine for their trade counter. This would enable customers to have a drink while waiting for service, and help to alleviate their anxiety during the wait.

The system was installed and as a result not only did it help alleviate the problem it also led to added business, as the other suppliers in the area didn't offer this type of facility, therefore many people who wanted their products went there as they could get a free drink. The cost to the company was minimal however the resulting orders on many occasions resulted in hundreds of pounds worth of extra business.
